Requirements

• Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient check-in process, including verifying insurance information and updating patient records
• Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently to maximize provider availability
• Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing assistance and information as needed
• Process payments and billing inquiries with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects the prestige of our practice
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
