About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide excellent customer service, manage patient check-ins, receive payments, and assist in daily operations. The role involves maintaining a friendly and professional attitude, offering a "white glove" experience, and guiding new patients through their intake process. Responsibilities include collecting samples for drug screens, maintaining financial records, coordinating with medical staff, providing clerical support, and overseeing patient accounts. Crossroads Treatment Centers has been a leader in treating opioid use disorder since 2005, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options. They operate outpatient, office-based clinics across multiple states and are dedicated to improving access to treatment.

Requirements

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required
• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, office administration preferred
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients
• Receive payments
• Assist in daily operations
• Maintain friendly, professional attitude towards patients, offer a “white glove” experience
• Provide an exceptional experience by guiding new patients through their intake process
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed
• Maintains daily financial records and reports
• Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes
• Provides clerical and logistical support
• Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities
