About The Position

Medi-Weightloss of Hockessin, DE is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Operations Manager/Practice Manager to lead the operational excellence of its medical weight loss clinic. The role oversees office operations and supports the clinic’s personalized weight loss programs, nutritional guidance, and patient support. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with varying hours. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a medical office management role.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise administrative and clinical staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure patients receive outstanding care and service throughout their experience with the clinic.
Oversee daily office activities, including appointment scheduling, patient registration, and medical record management.
Ensure the clinic complies with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Manage billing, accounts receivable, and other clinic financial matters.
Monitor and manage clinic supplies and equipment.
Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of patient care.
Generate reports and analyze data to track clinic performance and identify areas for improvement.
Train and support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Develop strategies to improve patient engagement and satisfaction.
Engage potential patients to convert leads into appointments and support their progress from inquiry to consultation.
