About The Position

The Medical Practice Manager oversees daily clinic operations, supports staffing and workflow efficiency, and helps deliver an exceptional patient care experience. The role leads the team, manages financial performance, ensures compliance, and partners closely with providers to support access and growth.

Reporting to the Director of Physician Services, the manager provides leadership and administrative oversight of practice operations. The position plans and organizes workflows, directs staff and day-to-day practice functions, manages financial performance, develops strong relationships with physicians, promotes the practice within St. Joseph Medical Group and the broader medical community, and maintains working knowledge of clinical operations. The manager may step in to support coverage when needed, within licensure guidelines.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field, or a minimum of five years of healthcare leadership or management experience.
• Three years of experience in healthcare management is stated as a consideration for the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong physician relationships through ongoing communication and relationship development.

• Maintain working knowledge of clinical operations and step in to support coverage when needed within licensure guidelines.
