About The Position

Rapid Medical is seeking an independent-contractor medical courier for a 75-mile route in Pensacola, Florida. The route operates Monday through Friday, starts at 5:00 PM, and takes approximately 3.5 hours, with an estimated end time of 8:30 PM. Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or along the route are considered well-suited.

Couriers use the company’s driver app for navigation, scheduling, proof-of-delivery records, and real-time support. The work involves handling medical specimens carefully and maintaining required room-temperature, refrigerated, or frozen conditions. Couriers must contact dispatch promptly about damaged, improperly packaged, or otherwise concerning items.

Compensation is an all-inclusive rate of $84 per route, with mileage, drive time, and expenses factored in. Weekly bonuses of $20–$100 may be available, and the posting also mentions a $25 weekly bonus opportunity. A $150 sign-on bonus is available after 30 active days with no call-offs. Requirements

• Have a personal vehicle; a 2016 or newer vehicle is preferred.
• Have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Complete the assigned medical courier route and stops.
