About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Courier to pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports while providing excellent service to clients. The role is based at 1759 Pine Hollow Road, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. A company vehicle is provided for the route. For $125 per month, the employee may choose to take the vehicle home and use it for personal use.

No education or experience is required. Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), at least one year of driver or courier experience, and at least six months of customer service experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license and clean driving record, be punctual, and have strong time-management, organizational, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Load all necessary supplies for daily pickups.
• Complete the daily pickup schedule in a timely manner.
• Deliver all daily pickups to the branch at the end of the shift.
• Handle specimens and lab samples safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and obey traffic laws.
• Use a handheld electronic device to manage daily pickups.
• Work with the dispatcher to handle additional pickups as needed.
• Evaluate traffic patterns, alternative routes, and weather conditions as needed.
• Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports while providing excellent service to clients.
