About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to the needs of the age-specific population and assists with managing patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. The position is located at FPG Pediatrics in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or obtain certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (FL LPN).
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software.
- Skill in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
