About The Position

The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to the needs of the age-specific population and assists with management of patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. This position is for FPG Internal Medicine & Pediatrics at University Parkway.

The role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program and Basic Life Support/CPR certification, which may be obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer. A Florida Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or obtain certification within 30 days of hire or transfer date.
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (FL LPN) license.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
• Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health record systems.
• Knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software.
• Skill in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
