About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to age-specific population needs and assists with management of patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. This position is for FPG Internal Medicine & Pediatrics at University Parkway.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or obtain it within 30 days of the hire or transfer date.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (FL LPN) license.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software, along with skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
