About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to age-specific population needs and assists with managing patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. The role is with FPG Internal Medicine & Family Practice in Venice.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or ability to obtain it within 30 days of the hire or transfer date.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse license.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health record systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health record software.
- Skill in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
