About The Position

The Clinical Care Coordinator II provides patient care according to the needs of the age-specific population and assists in managing patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. The role is with FPG Internal Medicine & Family Practice at Venice. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program.
• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (FL LPN) license.
• Basic Life Support/CPR certification, or obtain it within 30 days of the hire or transfer date.

Nice To Haves

• One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
• Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health records.
• Knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health records software.
• Skill in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
