About The Position
The Clinical Care Coordinator II demonstrates competency in providing patient care according to age-specific population needs and assists in managing patient care in a physician office setting under the direct supervision of a provider. The position is located at 8430 Enterprise Circle, Suite 130, Lakewood Ranch, FL 34202.
Requirements
- Basic Life Support/CPR certification is required, or must be obtained within 30 days of the hire or transfer date.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing or a diploma program is required.
- Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (FL LPN) license is required.
- Individuals providing care to vulnerable populations must undergo background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- One year of clinical experience in an outpatient physician office practice.
- Experience with electronic practice management and electronic health record systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic practice management and electronic health record software, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
