About The Position

The team specializes in high-performance creative production, paid social strategy, and rapid iteration to drive growth for DTC brands. DREAMLABS is fast-moving and execution-first—built around autonomy, accountability, and building scalable systems without corporate red tape.
Requirements
- Strong with intermediate math concepts (e.g. incrementality, marginal rate of return)
- Ability to build structured testing frameworks
- Fluency in marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc
- Understands attribution and tools like Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros, or GA4
- Experience in performance-driven media
- Comfortable holding your own with founders and C-suite
- Uses AI to move faster and cut busywork
Nice To Haves
- Managed TikTok, Google, Snapchat, or CTV media is a plus
Responsibilities
- Managed paid social media, preferably at scale
- Lead paid media discussions on client calls
- Present pacing, strategy, and optimization plans to clients effectively
- Ability to translate data insights into creative strategy
