About The Position

CPS Healthcare is hiring a Med Tech / MAPs Certified professional to administer medications according to existing patient-specific prescriptions. The role includes completing required CPS training and demonstrating competency in medication administration and emergency procedures. The position does not involve administering MOUD medication and requires following BCSO policies and security rules. The employee also maintains the cleanliness and stock of the medication cart, removes expired or stop-date medications, and performs other duties as required.

The schedule is 32 hours, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., including every other weekend. Compensation is $25 per hour.

Requirements

• MAP or Med Tech certification.
• CPR certification.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Previous experience in Medical Administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications pursuant to existing patient-specific prescriptions.
• Complete CPS trainings and demonstrate competence related to medication administration and emergency procedures.
• Do not participate in administering MOUD medication.
• Complete BCSO policies as directed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and stock supply of the medication cart.
• Remove out-of-date and stop-date medications.
• Follow all security rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as required.
