About The Position
Evolve Med Spa is seeking a polished, energetic, and highly driven Full-Time Med Spa Front Desk Concierge to join our Ridgewood team. Our Front Desk Concierge creates the first and last impression of every client’s experience. From the initial phone call and warm welcome through checkout and follow-up, you will help ensure that each client feels recognized, valued, and excited to return. We are looking for more than someone who can complete front-desk tasks. The ideal candidate is warm, outgoing, highly organized, dependable, sales-minded, and genuinely passionate about the beauty and medical aesthetics industry. Since opening in 2020, Evolve Med Spa has grown to 14 locations across New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Evolve has been named one of New Jersey’s Best Medical Spas for 2026, received multiple Best Med Spa and Best Botox + Filler honors, and was recognized by The Silicon Review as one of the “5 Best Healthcare Companies to Watch.”
Requirements
- One to two years of front desk, customer service, hospitality, sales, or administrative experience
- Evening and Saturday availability required
- Candidates must be flexible and available throughout the clinic’s operating hours, including evenings and Saturdays.
Nice To Haves
- Medical spa, beauty, luxury spa, salon, cosmetic office, wellness, or high-end retail experience strongly preferred
- Zenoti experience highly preferred
- Polished, friendly, professional, and confident presence
- Strong sales, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy environment
- Genuine enthusiasm for beauty, skincare, wellness, and aesthetics
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create an elevated, personalized experience
- Manage check-in, checkout, payments, rewards, and future appointments
- Answer calls, texts, emails, direct messages, and client inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments
- Support client registration, consents, treatment photos, and clinic flow
- Learn Evolve’s services, products, promotions, and memberships
- Recommend services and products based on client interests
- Support sales, rebooking, retention, referrals, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate client information and confidentiality
- Assist with inventory, office supplies, events, and daily operations
- Keep the clinic polished, organized, and client-ready
