About The Position

The Mueller Development Program (MDP) supports early-career professionals through structured development opportunities, dedicated mentorship, and organized events. Over two years, participants rotate through different roles, with rotations lasting 6 to 12 months. Rotations are determined by functional area, business needs, and individual career aspirations, and may involve relocation to different Mueller locations. Relocation assistance is provided in accordance with company policy. Participants gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines and sites, contribute to meaningful work from day one, collaborate with leaders to implement strategies, optimize processes, drive change, and build relationships across the organization. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be offered a full-time role within their field of work. The Mechanical Engineering track offers experience in product design, manufacturing, application of additive manufacturing, continuous improvement, validation and testing, project management, and sales support. The listed starting base pay is $73,000 USD for full-time employment at 40 hours per week. Individual compensation may vary based on factors including role, experience, job-related skills, achievements, and work location.
