About The Position

Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Mazda is hiring an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead its sales team, maximize profitability, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The manager will partner with the General Manager and collaborate with Finance, Used Vehicle, Inventory, and Service departments to support dealership performance. Compensation is $90,000–$150,000+ annually through a performance-based compensation plan.

Requirements

At least 2 years of successful automotive sales management experience.
Proven ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience desking deals and improving dealership sales performance.
Goal-oriented mindset and passion for customer satisfaction.
Valid driver's license and an excellent professional reputation.

Responsibilities

Recruit, train, mentor, and develop automotive sales consultants.
Partner with the General Manager to achieve sales volume and profitability goals.
Desk deals, structure transactions, turn over customers, and assist with closing opportunities.
Conduct regular sales meetings, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews.
Monitor daily sales performance, gross profit, payroll, and productivity metrics.
Drive customer satisfaction and improve manufacturer Customer Experience (Top Box/PDS) scores.
Collaborate with Finance, Used Vehicle, Inventory, and Service departments to maximize dealership performance.
Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Support inventory management, prospecting initiatives, and dealership marketing efforts.
