About The Position

Mazda of Wesley Chapel, part of the Lithia & Driveway family of dealerships, is seeking an experienced automotive sales associate to represent the Mazda brand and help customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process. The dealership is described as one of the area's fastest-growing Mazda dealerships and offers an opportunity to join a Fortune 500 company and sell a world-class brand.

The successful candidate is motivated, friendly, results-driven, professional, and committed to building customer relationships. A high school graduate or equivalent who is at least 18 years old is required. Requirements

• At least two years of automotive dealership sales experience.
• Computer proficiency.
• Ability to work as a team player.
• Polished and professional manner.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school graduation or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers from start to finish to help them choose a vehicle.
• Conduct test drives.
• Follow up with sales leads and current customers.
• Represent Mazda of Wesley Chapel in a polished and professional manner.
• Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
