About The Position
Centurion is seeking a full-time MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator at Farmington Correctional Center in Farmington, Missouri. The role schedules, facilitates, coordinates, and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff who provide telehealth services to patients within the Missouri Department of Corrections. This is a day-shift position.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current tuberculosis documentation.
- Appropriate certification in first aid, CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Background in mental health or physical health.
- Previous administrative and/or medical assistant training or duties.
- Experience working in a correctional mental health setting.
Responsibilities
- Schedule telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff.
- Facilitate and coordinate telehealth visits for patients.
- Monitor telehealth visits provided to patients within the Missouri Department of Corrections.
