About The Position
Centurion provides comprehensive healthcare services to the Missouri Department of Corrections and is seeking a full-time MAT Telehealth Patient Facilitator at Ozark Correctional Center in Fordland, Missouri. The facilitator schedules, facilitates, coordinates, and monitors telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff providing telehealth services to patients within the Missouri Department of Corrections.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Current tuberculosis documentation.
- Appropriate certification in first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) / Basic Life Support (BLS), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Background in mental health or physical health.
- Previous administrative and/or medical assistant training or duties.
- Experience working in a correctional mental health setting.
Responsibilities
- Schedule telehealth visits for medical and mental health staff.
- Facilitate and coordinate telehealth visits.
- Monitor telehealth visits for staff providing services to patients within the Missouri Department of Corrections.
