About The Position

Elevation Health is seeking a fitness professional to teach mat Pilates classes to older adults at 1761 Old Meadow Rd, McLean, VA 22102. The position is scheduled for Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. Compensation is $40–$50 per class. The instructor will offer modifications based on participant ability, serve as a liaison between Elevation Health and the client site, and provide innovative group exercise classes and programming.

Requirements

• Experience teaching older adults.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
• Current group exercise certification and/or Pilates certification.
• Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI).

Responsibilities

• Teach mat Pilates classes to older adults during the agreed-upon days and times.
• Offer modifications based on participant ability.
• Act as a liaison between Elevation Health and the client site.
• Offer innovative group exercise classes and programming.
