About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced paintless dent repair technician for work in one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The technician will use advanced glue-pulling techniques and repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes exposed to heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.

Responsibilities

Work in a vehicle reconditioning and inspection production environment.
Work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
