About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced paintless dent repair technician for its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role involves using advanced glue-pulling techniques and repairing hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
Must pass a complete background check.
