About The Position

Carvana is hiring experienced paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians for its vehicle reconditioning operations. Technicians use advanced glue-pulling techniques and repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels. The role is based in a high-tech Inspection Center and involves working in a fast-paced, changing production environment. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs. Carvana describes itself as a fast-growing used automotive retailer. Its Reconditioning Centers inspect, repair, and photograph vehicles before they are listed for sale. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.
