About The Position

Carvana is hiring an experienced paintless dent repair technician for its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The technician will use advanced glue-pulling techniques and repair hail damage, creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels. The role requires at least five years of professional automotive PDR experience. Carvana offers training programs for entry-level employees, though this position is described as experienced.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license; some positions may require an MVR check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Passing a complete background check is a condition of hiring.
