About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to work in one of its high-tech vehicle Inspection Centers. The role involves repairing vehicle dents and damage on steel and aluminum panels using advanced glue-pulling techniques, hail repair, crease and body-line repair, and repairs to larger-sized dents. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Must pass a complete background check.

Responsibilities

Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to repair vehicle panels.
Perform hail damage repair.
Repair creases and body lines.
Repair larger-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
Work in a fast-paced, changing production environment and support customer delivery commitments.
Work mandatory overtime when required by business needs.
