About The Position

Carvana is hiring experienced paintless dent repair (PDR) technicians to work in one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The technician will repair dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels, including larger dents, creases, and body lines, using advanced glue-pulling and hail-repair techniques. Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
At least 18 years of age and possession of a valid driver’s license; some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records check.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Use required safety equipment, which may include a face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, a mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Passing a complete background check is required for hiring.

Responsibilities

Use advanced glue-pulling techniques to repair vehicle panels.
Perform hail repair.
Repair creases, body lines, and larger dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
