About The Position

The Marlin Bar Dishwasher helps maintain a clean, safe, and professional kitchen environment. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment; keeping the dish room and equipment clean and organized; and following specified agency standards for kitchen safety, cleanliness, and sanitation. Team members contribute to an upbeat, collaborative environment that supports culinary, financial, sales, and service success. Kitchen preparation work may be assigned as time permits. Shifts are scheduled according to business needs. The stated rate range is $17.00 or minimum wage to $21.00 per hour, with pay varying based on experience, knowledge, skills, work location, and available budget.

Requirements

• Frequently lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, stoop, and kneel.
• Stand routinely for the duration of the shift.
• Safely maneuver equipment and tools such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slicers, and wine keys.
• Work scheduled shifts determined by business needs.
