Marketplace Strategy & Analytics Senior Associate

We are seeking a Marketplace Strategy & Analytics Associate to join our team at Faire. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and providing actionable insights to drive the performance of our Marketplace Operations team. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure the effective scaling of our marketplace for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve strategically. • Develop and monitor key performance indicator dashboards for the entire Marketplace Ops team
• Ensure that our data is trustworthy, reliable, and easy to access
• Provide analytical support on projects related to Marketplace Ops
• Identify clear trends in the data related to team operations, recommend business improvements, and clearly communicate insights

• 3-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in a quantitative role across analytics, data, business operations or consulting
• Solid analytical foundation, including proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools
• Strategic problem-solving skills and ability to break down ambiguous problems
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate data-driven insights
• Operations and business intuition, with an understanding of operational and business metrics
• Scrappy and resourceful mindset to get things done
• Fast learner with natural curiosity and ability to pick up new skills quickly
