About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Marketing Trainee Program is a ten-month leadership development program designed to grow the future leaders of Kraft Heinz. This program is for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Throughout the program, Trainees will hone their understanding of our business and industry, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy here at Kraft Heinz. The program includes immersive onboarding, project rotations, leadership development, and a transition week. Trainees will also have opportunities to meet with senior executives, receive mentorship, collaborate with international trainees, and engage in curated learning experiences. Marketing trainees work on high-impact projects across brand management, consumer insights, brand communications, portfolio marketing, and more, shaping innovation, product expansion, and supporting limited-time offerings. They may also analyze consumer data to strengthen brand plans and investment decisions, collaborating cross-functionally to bring ideas from insight to execution. Potential placements include Brand Management, Consumer Insights, Portfolio Marketing, Sports Marketing, Brand Communications, Innovation, and Business Unit Sales & Strategy.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Hone understanding of the business and industry.
