About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program is a ten-month leadership development program designed for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Throughout the program, Trainees will gain an end-to-end understanding of the business, collaborate across departments to grow iconic brands, and build their legacy at Kraft Heinz. The program includes immersive onboarding, two 4-month project rotations, leadership development, and a transition week into a full-time role upon completion. Trainees will have opportunities to meet with senior executives, receive mentorship, collaborate with international trainees, and engage in curated learning experiences. HR Trainees will partner with business leaders and employees to identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements, with projects potentially including talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, and employer branding. HR Trainees may be placed in teams such as Employer Branding, HR Business Partner Teams, University Relations, Benefits & Compensation, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Communications. The program kicks off on July 12th, 2027.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders and employees to identify opportunities and deliver people-focused improvements that strengthen organizational health and performance.
  • Undertake projects that may include talent acquisition and onboarding enhancements, workforce planning and analytics, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development program support, employer branding and belonging efforts.
  • Own a clearly defined project scope.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Share results through regular updates and an end-of-program presentation.
  • Complete one of their project rotations at a field location (i.e. sales office, manufacturing plant, research and development facility).
  • Live out the Kraft Heinz values as cultural champions and future leaders.
