About The Position
The Kraft Heinz Operations Trainee Program is a ten-month leadership development program designed to cultivate future leaders within Kraft Heinz. It is intended for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals ready to shape the future of the food and beverage industry. The program aims to deepen participants' understanding of the business and industry, foster collaboration to grow iconic brands, and empower them to build their careers. The Operations Internship program specifically supports non-manufacturing operations functions within US supply chain, quality, and procurement. The program includes immersive onboarding, project rotations, leadership development, and culminates in placement into a full-time role. Trainees will have opportunities to interact with senior executives, receive mentorship, collaborate with international trainees, and engage in curated learning experiences.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities
- Hone understanding of Kraft Heinz business and industry.
- Collaborate across the business to grow iconic brands.
- Learn how to build a legacy at Kraft Heinz.
- Support non-manufacturing operations functions across US supply chain, quality, and procurement.
- Bring creative solutions across the business through project rotations.
- Participate in leadership development rooted in WIN leadership principles.
- Identify opportunities and deliver improvement projects that strengthen operations, enhancing ways of working, core processes, digital evolution, commercialization, and supply chain performance.
- Own a defined project scope, collaborate cross-functionally, and share results through regular updates and an end-of-program presentation.
