About The Position

The Kraft Heinz US Marketing Trainee Program is a ten-month leadership development program designed for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverage. Throughout the program, Trainees will gain a deep understanding of the business and industry, collaborate across the company to grow iconic brands, and develop their leadership skills. The program includes immersive onboarding, two 4-month project rotations, leadership development sessions, and a final week for professional development and transition into a full-time role. Trainees will have opportunities to meet with senior executives, receive mentorship, collaborate with international trainees, and participate in curated learning experiences. Upon completion, trainees are placed into a full-time marketing role.

  • Pursuing a Bachelors degree with anticipated graduation between November 1, 2026 and June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Hone understanding of Kraft Heinz business and industry.
  • Collaborate across the business to grow iconic brands.
  • Bring creative solutions to high-impact projects across brand management, consumer insights, brand communications, portfolio marketing, and more.
  • Shape innovation, product expansion, and support limited-time offerings.
  • Analyze consumer data to strengthen brand plans and investment decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring ideas from insight to execution.
  • Participate in two 4-month project rotations.
  • Engage in leadership development rooted in WIN leadership principles.
  • Participate in a week of celebration and professional development.
  • Meet with senior executives including the CEO, North America President, and Chief People Officer.
  • Receive mentorship from previous trainees and business leadership.
  • Collaborate with Trainees from other countries.
  • Participate in curated learning experiences to grow as leaders and cultural ambassadors.
