About The Position
As a New Buyer/Renter Pre-Arrival Marketing Representative, you will perform the role in alignment with the company's Spirit of Service culture and support company success. The position focuses on personal and marketing performance metrics, guest eligibility, customer care, authorized marketing materials, appointment confirmations, and a positive guest experience. The representative also supports resort operations and helps foster a motivated team environment. The role requires availability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, nights, and other days or hours as business needs require. The representative carries out reasonable management requests and needs intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and operating systems.

Responsibilities
- Meet personal performance metrics and meet or exceed marketing metric expectations.
- Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility.
- Champion Hilton's quality customer care culture across all marketing channels.
- Manage personal workload and update reports accordingly.
- Distribute only HGV-authorized information, collateral, and materials.
- Maintain location operating standards and follow gifting procedures.
- Support guest and concierge service.
- Assist with tour- or marketing-related issues.
- Communicate guest needs to resort operations and support a positive guest experience.
- Confirm guest appointments to ensure tour reservations and maximize show rate.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered.
- Create and foster a motivated team environment.
- Carry out reasonable requests by management.
