About The Position

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of face-to-face sales or food and beverage experience, with a track record of success.
Computer proficiency and the ability to learn and efficiently operate multiple customer service software applications.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Motivated self-starter.
Detailed understanding of the local area.
Ability to accept rejection proactively.
Coachability, quick learning, and openness to feedback.
Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.

Responsibilities

Call owners and guests before they arrive at the resort to offer concierge services and invite them to attend a sales presentation.
Meet personal phone-performance metrics and meet or exceed marketing metrics.
Ensure guests meet minimum eligibility requirements for gifts, as approved, or promote a courtesy tour.
Champion Hilton quality customer care across all Marketing channels.
Secure future business through vacation package sales.
Distribute only HGV-authorized information, collateral, and materials.
Maintain location operating standards.
Follow gifting procedures.
