About The Position

The Pre-Arrival Marketing Coordinator assists in providing Owners and guests with experiences and events that create memorable vacation experiences. The role schedules sales presentations, manages customer expectations, and helps meet sales presentation and volume production goals by providing a high level of service. It ensures Owners and guests attending presentations meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about the company's products and services. The coordinator uses persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, welcomes and assists guests, interacts professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests, contributes to team goals, and follows company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highly motivated.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends.
• The position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees; bend, twist, pull, and stoop; and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
