About The Position

A Proposal Coordinator supports Pursuit Managers and Proposal Specialists in creating opportunity-specific marketing materials, including proposals, qualification packages, and presentations. The role also maintains marketing resources and performs other coordination tasks as required. The coordinator works under the oversight of Proposal Specialists and collaborates with project managers, technical staff, subconsultants, and other team members. The position also supports tradeshow and event preparation and helps capture attendee data and intelligence afterward.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction marketing or business development.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
Excellent time and project management skills.
Strong understanding of graphic layout principles in the production of communications materials.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Experience with professional writing and correspondence.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Experience with a CRM system.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, write, edit, and produce pursuit marketing materials, including qualifications packages, proposals, presentations, and interviews, with oversight from Proposal Specialists.
Gather, format, and maintain marketing data, including staff resume details, project descriptions and statistics, and other information.
Assist with project kickoff and closeout processes.
Solicit and coordinate information from subconsultants and other team members for proposal and presentation materials.
Assist Project Managers and other technical staff with entering data into the CRM database.
Support Proposal Specialists in preparing for tradeshows and events, and engage Brand and Cx teams in creating successful prospect and client interactions.
Work with event attendees to capture data and intelligence following event attendance.
