About The Position

CAN Community Health is now hiring a Marketing Programs Manager. This is a full-time, day shift position with a schedule of Monday-Thursday 8:00 am - 5:30 pm and Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. The pay rate is $94,003 - $117,504 annually based on experience. The role is for someone passionate about serving the needs of individuals impacted by HIV, Hepatitis C, STI's, and other infectious diseases, and who wants to be part of a professional team that drives home the Company's Mission and Values. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. Concentration in marketing, business, communications, public relations, healthcare administration, and public health strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-years’ experience managing health care, marketing, or nonprofit programs/projects.
  • Knowledge in marketing, program management, healthcare marketing, integrated communications, and project management.
  • Experience within healthcare, public health, nonprofit healthcare, health plans, hospitals, physician organizations, or other mission-driven healthcare environments.
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver’s license.
  • Must be able to pass a Level I Background check (a Level II Background may also be required).

Responsibilities

  • Developing, coordinating, and executing integrated marketing strategies that support CAN Community Health’s priority healthcare programs, service lines, and strategic initiatives.
  • Serving as a strategic marketing partner and project manager for key areas including dental services, pharmacy, behavioral health, and emerging healthcare programs, new service launches, and other enterprise initiatives that advance CAN’s mission and organizational growth.
  • Translating organizational and service-line priorities into actionable marketing plans that increase awareness, improve access to care, generate qualified patient demand, support patient acquisition and retention, and strengthen engagement with patients and communities.
