About The Position

The Marketing Operations Manager coordinates and executes marketing campaigns, field programs, and launches, ensuring they run on time and on brand. The role works across Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, vendors, field teams, and leadership, with autonomy to identify needs, solve problems, and drive work forward. This is a remote position for candidates residing in Kansas, Missouri, New York, or Texas, with up to 15% travel within the United States. Preferred locations are Kansas City, New York, Austin, and San Antonio because of travel requirements and proximity to major airports. The role manages marketing project plans, field marketing support, marketing systems and processes, agency and vendor relationships, local listings and digital presence, and reporting and analysis. Success means campaigns and field initiatives launch as planned, field teams are prepared and informed, project risks and milestones are visible, external partners meet expectations, and leadership receives actionable updates.
