Marketing Operations Manager

The job overview for the Marketing Operations Manager position at Realtor.com is to support the CRM & Engagement Marketing team in building and implementing new and existing campaigns with A/B testing across email, app, and web notification platforms. The role requires strong HTML/CSS and mobile responsive coding skills, as well as extensive knowledge of personalization and aligning to consumer behavior. The Marketing Operations Manager will also be responsible for executing tests, partnering with internal teams and vendors, and providing accurate campaign reporting for consumer engagement campaigns.

• Modify content and make copy/image changes to support A/B testing or new creative launches
• Utilize strong HTML/CSS and mobile responsive coding skills
• Create new messages from existing email and app templates
• Possess extensive knowledge of personalization and aligning to consumer behavior
• Execute tests that support key hypotheses and deliver reporting for further analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to execute campaigns
• Conduct exceptional QA skills prior to sending for review and production launches
• Pull and compile campaign reporting accurately for consumer engagement campaigns
• Utilize marketing automation platforms for 5 years of professional experience
• Demonstrate strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets and creating slide decks
• Possess technical savvy with the ability to edit HTML and extensive responsive coding ability
• Have experience with an email and/or app notification platform, specifically campaign setup, list segmentation, personalization, and automation
• Act intuitively and follow established processes
• Hold a Bachelor's degree

• 5 years of professional experience working with marketing automation platforms
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Google Sheets/Excel spreadsheets and creating slide decks
