About The Position

StubHub is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to plan, prioritize, and execute high-impact direct marketing campaigns across sports, music, theater, and comedy. The role owns campaigns from opportunity assessment through briefing, production, quality assurance, launch, and performance review. It balances planned marketing-calendar activity with time-sensitive opportunities, using event signals, audience relevance, business impact, and timing to guide decisions. Campaigns are delivered through email and push, working independently or in coordination with design and engineering teammates and other cross-functional stakeholders. The associate will also improve the Direct Marketing team’s ability to operate at scale. This includes streamlining workflows, templates, quality assurance processes, and documentation; identifying manual work that can be automated; and partnering with Product, Data, and Engineering on scalable tooling. The role will help transition the team to new processes and tools and gather feedback to support adoption. Performance is measured both by campaign impact and by progress in automating and scaling campaign orchestration workflows. This is a hybrid position based in New York, NY; Century City, CA; or Aliso Viejo, CA, with three days in the office and two days remote. The listed base salary range is $85,000–$115,000 annually. StubHub describes its total compensation package as including equity and benefits.
