About the position
The Marketing Manager/Director at Connect Homes will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives. They will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, attracting new customers, and fostering customer loyalty. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker with a passion for marketing and a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns, particularly in Paid Search, Content Marketing, and Email Marketing. The position is remote and will primarily focus on the NV, AZ, and CA regions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use the insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, editorial, social media, and events.
- Manage the creation of marketing materials, including website content, email, social media content, and sales collateral.
- Oversee the company's online presence, including website maintenance, SEO optimization, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and track expenses to ensure cost-effective marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and strategic partners to maximize brand exposure and collaborations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
