Home Care Marketing Manager
About The Position
Family First Home Companions is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing team, strengthen referral relationships, and drive growth. The organization helps older adults live safely and comfortably at home throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties. The Marketing Manager leads and coaches two field marketing representatives and a marketing coordinator, sets goals, tracks referral activity and new business, and holds the team accountable for results. The role also builds relationships with referral partners and oversees continuing education programs, sponsored events, digital marketing, promotional materials, the marketing calendar, and the budget, with a focus on activities that generate business.
Requirements
- At least three years of marketing or business development experience in home care, senior living, or healthcare.
- Experience supervising a team and meeting growth goals.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage both strategy and day-to-day execution.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties.
