About The Position

Always Best Care, a locally owned and rapidly growing home care agency serving Solano and Napa Counties, is seeking a field-based representative to manage and grow an assigned geographic territory. The role focuses on building relationships and partnerships in the community, especially with referral sources, rather than conducting simple brochure drop-offs. The representative will develop and execute a strategic outreach plan, attend and coordinate networking events, and work with internal teams to support smooth client transitions. The position includes weekly in-person meetings to discuss goals and uses performance-based compensation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, home care, hospice, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage time independently.
• Enjoy in-person outreach, presentations, and participating in and coordinating networking events.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned geographic territory.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan targeting high-value referral sources.
• Maintain knowledge of local facilities, contacts, and referral processes.
• Develop partnerships with referral sources.
• Attend and coordinate networking events.
• Meet weekly in person to discuss goals and clear objectives.
• Track activity, contacts, and referrals in the CRM.
• Work with intake and operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions.
• Share insights on referral trends and opportunities.
• Uphold the agency’s reputation in the community.
