About The Position

European Service at Home (ESAH) is a well-established family services company. The Home Care Service Representative commutes to the office to set up client appointments and coordinate the day’s schedule. The representative also travels to clients’ homes to monitor and report on the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides and determine whether care plans meet client needs. The role includes direct supervision of caregivers and hands-on training through the company’s Care Program. Bilingual ability is a plus. The starting rate is $23, based on experience (BOE).

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must have a vehicle.
• Ability to delegate.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to substitute for a caregiver.
• Basic computer skills.
• Some office experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for technical questions, applications, and problem-solving.
• Ensure client and employee safety, assess potential risks, and work to prevent them.
• Make home visits as needed to provide hands-on training and assistance.
• Personally substitute for a Home Care Aide when necessary.
• Maintain professional, friendly, courteous, and caring relationships with staff, clients, and employees.
• Work as part of a team to help accomplish company goals.
• Coordinate daily schedules and set up client appointments at the office.
• Visit clients’ homes to monitor and report on the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides and assess whether care plans meet client needs.
