Senior Care Marketing & Business Development Manager
About The Position
Qualicare Homecare Denver is seeking an experienced, established, and well-connected member of the senior care industry to serve as Marketing & Business Development Manager. The agency provides home care services focused on quality of life for clients and peace of mind for their families. Reporting directly to Ownership, the manager develops the agency’s business by networking with healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics, and eldercare facilities to generate referrals for home care solutions. The role coordinates and manages sales within a defined geographic area and supports consistent, profitable sales growth by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating local marketing and business opportunities.
Requirements
- Computer proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM databases.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- A vehicle, valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
- Strong time management and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Experienced, established, and well-connected in the senior care industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop a sales and marketing plan.
- Plan and create business development opportunities.
- Follow the Qualicare sales system to promote Qualicare services.
- Conduct a minimum of 35 sales calls per week.
- Establish working rapport with healthcare professionals and potential referral sources within a designated territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and create and build proposals.
- Manage sales accounts and meet financial targets related to sales and business development opportunities.
- Participate in opportunities to increase social media activity and effectiveness.
