About The Position

This role is for a Marketing Manager - Demand Creation within the Upstream Chemical Services Team, focusing on a Green Field project in the FPSO market. The position involves leading and developing a team, collaborating with major global oil producers, and influencing project design and specifications to ensure the preference of the company's products and services. The goal is to increase market share, drive revenue and profitability, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 10 years of Upstream Chemicals Offshore experience
• Previous experience in a sales, commercial or business development role is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and lead greenfield projects in the western hemisphere, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with major global oil producers (e.g., ExxonMobil, Shell, Total, ENI, Petrobras)
• Provide technical and commercial expertise to influence project design and specification
• Ensure our products and services are preferred for project execution, leveraging lifetime project value
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
