About The Position

Blueprint is seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead to plan and execute marketing programs that support company growth. The role translates business priorities into market positioning, coordinated campaigns, customer proof, sales enablement, and measurable engagement across Blueprint’s services, solutions, industries, and strategic partner channels. The Marketing Lead manages the day-to-day marketing function and works closely with Client Development, Alliances, solution leaders, delivery teams, recruiting, and executive stakeholders. The role establishes marketing priorities, maintains the marketing calendar and brand standards, and guides work from planning through execution, measurement, and improvement. It combines strategic planning with direct execution, including campaign development, positioning, content guidance, sales materials, channel optimization, and communicating marketing results and next steps to leadership. The Marketing Lead also leads, coaches, and develops the Marketing Coordinator. This is a hybrid role based in Bellevue, Washington, with an expectation of working from the office at least two days per week. Additional in-office attendance may be required based on business needs.
