About The Position

LiveX AI is a Palo Alto startup building physical and digital AI customer-engagement solutions, including holograms, kiosks, chat, voice, and web agents. The Marketing Lead oversees marketing for software and physical AI launches aimed at enterprise customers. Working with the founders, this person shapes the company narrative, sets launch timing, and manages a focused calendar of priority launches and events. The role owns marketing plans and their execution, including personally writing key content and managing delivery. Internal specialists or freelancers may support design, video, and event logistics within an agreed budget. Founders and partner leads own executive relationships, while sales owns opportunity follow-up. Success is measured by a clear public story and coordinated launches with partner participation; events that generate relevant meetings and qualified opportunities; and marketing projects that progress with less day-to-day founder coordination. Compensation is not listed. Applicants are asked to send a resume and two or three examples of work they personally led, including their contribution and results, to [email protected] with the subject “Candidate Application - Marketing Lead”.

  • Comfort using AI tools while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Translate company vision and new initiatives into coordinated public launches by creating rollout plans, writing core messaging, briefing creative contributors, and coordinating partner announcements, approvals, and promotion.
  • Lead marketing before, during, and after priority conferences and activations, including setting goals and audiences, coordinating invitations and partner promotion, developing demo messaging and materials, planning on-site content capture, and equipping sales for follow-up.
  • Track qualified meetings and opportunities from events in coordination with sales.
  • Turn priority deployments into case studies, presentations, and reusable content.
  • Maintain a focused calendar of company and founder posts and articles.
  • Keep website and sales materials consistent with the company story.
  • Work with founders to agree on the narrative, launch timing, and a manageable calendar of priority launches and events.
