Marketing Lead

Hanover Park•New York, NY

About The Position

Hanover Park is hiring its first marketing employee to define how the company looks, sounds, and presents itself to fund CFOs, GPs, and finance teams. This company-defining role spans brand, events, and growth, with ownership from initial ideas through execution and no existing playbook. The Marketing Lead will establish the company’s visual identity, voice, and story, and maintain consistency across its website, decks, product, and social channels. The role will build a brand that earns institutional investors’ trust while differentiating Hanover Park from legacy administrators, and help founders and early team members develop their public presence. The role will also create Hanover Park’s events program, including intimate CFO dinners, VIP experiences, and the company’s first customer conference. Responsibilities cover the full event experience, from guest lists and venues to run-of-show and follow-up, and turning events into relationships that sales and deployment teams can build on. On growth, the Marketing Lead will test channels to identify repeatable, scalable opportunities, while ensuring activity strengthens the brand. The role partners with sales and engineering on pipeline, content, and launches. The position is based on-site in New York City and works directly with the founders.
